3 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 5 tbsp light brown sugar 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sriracha sauce 2 tbsp creamy beanut butter -
3. #meat: Cook in a large wok
3 tbsp oil 3 cloves garlic (micro-planed) 8 oz shrimp 1 each red bell pepper (sliced thin) -
4. Cook until shrimp is white/cooked

1 all #noodles 1 all #sauce -
6. Stir until sauce is thick

8. Add to #pad-thai as desired
1 cup bean sprouts (fresh) 1/2 cup peanuts (crushed) 3 sprouts green onions (thin sliced) 1 each lime (quartered) 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
