#noodles
Add to a large bowl of water
  1| 	pack |	pad thai rice noodles
Soak for 01:00:00

#sauce
Mix in a medium bowl
  3 |	tbsp 	|fish sauce
  1 |	tbsp 	|low-sodium soy sauce
  5 |	tbsp 	|light brown sugar
  2 |	tbsp 	|rice vinegar
  1 |	tbsp 	|sriracha sauce
  2 |	tbsp 	|creamy beanut butter

#meat
Cook in a large wok
  3 | tbsp   | oil
  3 | cloves | garlic (micro-planed)
  8 | oz     | shrimp
  1 | each   | red bell pepper (sliced thin)

Cook until shrimp is white/cooked

#pad-thai
Add to #meat in wok
  1 |	all|  	#noodles
  1 |	all|  	#sauce

Stir until sauce is thick

#toppings

Add to #pad-thai as desired
  1   | cup     | bean sprouts (fresh)
  1/2 | cup     | peanuts (crushed)
  3   | sprouts | green onions (thin sliced)
  1   | each    | lime (quartered)
  1/2 | cup     | cilantro (chopped)
