Beef stroganoff

1. #noodles: Cook by direction:
1 lbs wide egg noodles -
2. #sauce: Whisk in a medium bowl until smooth
1 1/2 cup beef stock 1 tbsp whorcestershire sa uce 3 tbsp flour -
3. #steak: Saute in a single layer in large pan on medium-high
1 tbsp unsalted butter 1 1/2 lbs flank steak (thin sliced, generously salted) - Sear for 00:03:00 undisturbed on each side
- Remove #steak with slotted spoon

4. #veggie-base: Saute in steak pan for 00:03:00
2 tbsp butter 1 each small white onion (sliced thin) -
5. Stir into #veggie-base
1/2 lbs baby bella mushrooms (sliced) 1/2 lbs button mushrooms (sliced) - Saute, stir occasionally for 00:05:00 - 00:07:00

6. Stir into #veggie-base
4 cloves garlic (minced or pressed) - Saute, stir occasionally for 00:01:00

7. Deglaze #veggie-base with
1/2 cup dry white wine - Cook down for 00:03:00

8. #stroganoff: Stir #sauce into #veggie-base
- Simmer for 00:05:00

9. Stir into #stroganoff
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 1 all #steak -
10. Serve #stroganoff over #noodles
- Garnish with:
1 sprinkle parsley (chopped) 1 pinch black pepper
